Summer did a great job
I love the base color she mixed for me. She took time analyzing my color and hair texture which was impressive. I've rescheduled with Summer and look forward to my next visit.

I visit the salon at least every 5 or 6 weeks depending on the advice from my stylist. I was unable to attend the event due to illness. I have been using the Moroccan products since they became availabe in the salon for purchase. I do regret being unable to attend the educational event, althought my stylist,brought me up to speed on the new products and how it would benefit me to use the new products available. The Moraccan Oil is my favorite,it cuts my blow ry time in half on my hair. That alone has made my hair healthier and easy to maintain. I also love the shampoo and conditioner, within 2 washes I saw a softness and managability I have not noticed in the past with other produts. My next product I am choosing to try is the hairspray, it also has the oils to make my hair look soft but still has the control I need to keep my style in place, Looking foward to more educaional events and new poducts to try.

My daughter bought me two gift certificates for a massage. I had my first one this week and I have to say it was amazing. The best massage I have ever had. It was the first time in a long time that I had absolutely no pain in my back in a long time. Thank you so much. Can't wait until my next one.

Every time I go to Serenity for a massage, I come away not only feeling relaxed and wonderful, but as a cherished client! Both massage therapists, JulAnn and Sarah go out of their way to make sure your massage is custom for your needs each time. They LISTEN and I can always tell a difference in state-of-mind and rest for several days. I appreciate such a wonderful service so close to home! Thanks for your spa Kristie!

The salon is beautiful and the staff are all so friendly and thoughtful. I have followed Jarrod for the past 5 years. His scissors are magical. I have never had a difficult haircut even during transitions. He is the most attentive, creative and talented stylist I have ever worked with.
Overall, Christy and her staff ensure a warm, pampering experience no matter what the service you have scheduled. I only wish they were a bit closer to Chattanooga, but well worth the drive.

Great gift idea of relaxation during the hectic holidays or after to relax. Have used many of the sevices offered, always leave feeling great and relaxed.
